We started ForumAbroad as two students who made the leap ourselves. Gift Christian (now at Dartmouth) and Benjamin Maziku (admitted to Alfred) know how confusing and isolating the process can feel. This platform is our way of giving back: a community where students can find clear guidance, real mentors, and trusted opportunities, without the endless guesswork.
Admission journeys, scholarship wins, visa tips. Written by people who have been through it.
Stories coming soon. Be the first to share yours.
Get startedForumAbroad is not just another info site. It is a verified hub where applicants, alumni, and mentors connect to share real experiences, track scholarships, and simplify applications. Everything here is designed to cut through the noise and make your path abroad clearer.
After two gap years of navigating confusing deadlines, hidden scholarships, and a lot of silence, we realized how isolating the journey to studying abroad can feel. Just before leaving Tanzania, we asked ourselves: what if there was a space where students could ask, share, and guide each other through this process? That is how TZtoAbroad was born.
This is not just our story. It is for every student still searching for the right information, the right chance, the right push. While Tansaf gave us an incredible platform, so many others are still out there without guidance. If we can help even one more person find their path, it is worth it.
