Standardized Test Access

Since SAT and TOEFL test centers are limited and costly in Tanzania, what alternatives or fee-waiver programs exist so I’m not left out just because I can’t afford the test or travel to Dar?

From my perspective I think its best to involve oneself in things related to your planned field of study... for example incomming (or planning) CS students can join tech clubs, attend tech events and conferences and join developers' communities out there to gain some experience
